Episode 2
“An Intimate Affair”


Come celebrate another year of life with friends and family set against a backdrop of great food, music and atmosphere. Located in the heart of  Uptown you will find one of the city’s best kept secrets, Momos. This is the place where you can meet a friend and relax to soulful sounds while partaking in a fine cognac or aromatic hookah. Momos also serves some of the best Italian dishes around.

FIRST COURSE

Scampi al Limone | Sautéed gulf shrimp in a
garlic lemon butter sauce.

Crespollini di Capone | Blackened chicken
crepes in a mild Béchamel sauce.

Zuppa | Lobster Bisque

Insalata Gorgonzola | Fresh greens served
with sugar pecans, crispy pancetta, and cherry
tomatoes in a Gorgonzola dressing.

 

SECOND COURSE

Maccheroni Vesuviana | Rigatoni pasta with a
chunky tomato sauce, lots of basil and garlic and
fresh mozzarella stirred in the last minute.

Tortelli di Formaggio | Each ravioli is stuffed
with a mixture of four cheeses: fontina, gruyere,
ricotta and parmesan, with a hint of gorgonzola
added. Served in a light creamy tomato sauce.

Tagliatelle Pescadora Fra Diavolo |
Shrimp, scallops, and calamari with red-hued pasta
ribbons served in a spicy tomato sauce.

Pollo Rosmarino | Chicken breast sautéed
with baby mushrooms in a garlic rosemary white
wine sauce.

Bistecca di Manzo | Grilled New York strip
topped with grilled onions and Portobello
mushrooms in a roasted garlic sauce.

Flounder Incrostito | Baked filet of flounder
breaded with basil pesto bread crumbs, served with
a tarragon butter sauce, and topped with
caramelized onions.

Conchiglie a Modo Mio | Shell pasta in a
creamy tomato sauce made with imported gruyere
cheese, fresh ricotta, pork loin, Genoa salame,
chicken breast and pancetta.

Risotto di Funghi | Creamy Italian Parmesan
risotto topped with a wild mushroom ragout.

 

THIRD COURSE

Tiramisu al Espresso | Mascarpone cream
cheese, ladyfinger cookies, and a touch of
espresso.

Crema al Caramello | Strawberry Grand
Marnier custard cream.
